No dataI tested the GPS using the GPS Test app on Android in app support mode, and it showed an orange fix, meaning an approximate position. However, I believe that Sygic GPS Navigation receives GPS data directly from the device's hardware module because it gave me the same position as Pure Maps. This leads me to think that Sygic uses raw GPS data, which can still be sufficient for navigation even when Android does not display an optimal position (the green one). In practice, Sygic has direct access to the GPS and works correctly even with a non-perfect signal, as long as the device receives at least a few satellites. Additionally, the app works fine with voice guidance. However, the GPS signal takes a few extra tens of seconds to find the position once the app is launched.
